Martial Arts Instructors are teaching a comprehensive mixture of Martial Arts, Taekwondo, Jiu Jitsu, Aikido and Karate program to children and adults.
Martial Arts Fitness and Personal Safety helps prepare and give you an advantage of keeping safe. This class is geared to all levels of fitness, whether you are new to Martial Arts or not. Joint mobility exercises will be introduced to warm up the body. New skills will keep participants challenged and involved. Workouts will focus on strength and conditioning using body weight and more. Exercises will be scaled to suit individual abilities. Each student is valued and encouraged to learn at his or her own pace.
Martial Art Physical skills are taught as the last line of defense, and used only after verbally warning the assailant. This class can help prepare students of all ages with training in self-defense skills. The class is friendly, no scare tactics and students will feel more and more confident.
